Valor President and CEO Retires, Acting CEO Appointed

Yavne, Israel – Ofer Shofman, president and CEO of Valor Computerized Systems Ltd., is retiring from the company. Shofman, one of Valor’s founders, has been with the company for more than 15 years, six of which he served as president and CEO. Valor’s board of directors appointed Dan Hoz as acting president and CEO. Hoz has served as Valor’s chief financial officer for the past five years.
