Philadelphia – The Rohm and Haas Company board of directors elected Richard R. Lovely executive vice president. Lovely joined Rohm and Haas in December 2007 as vice president, corporate director of human resources. Previously, he was vice president, human resources, with Tyco International’s Fire and Security business. Rohm and Haas also named Pierre R. Brondeau president and chief operating officer. Brondeau joined Rohm and Haas in May 1989; most recently, he served as executive vice president and business group executive.
