Milwaukee – RBP Chemical Technology introduced Layer Clean NP, an acid, nonchelating, nonchloride cleaner containing no phosphates. Layer Clean NP removes chromate conversion coating from cooper laminate as well as fingerprints and oxides. When used prior to photoresist lamination, this environmentally friendly cleaner reduces imaging defects by improving photoresist adhesion. Layer Clean NP is effective in both spray and soak applications and it consistently provides quick cleaning at low concentrations.
