CIRCUITREE generally takes between three and six months to set up for enterprise-sized organizations. Our support team will help you throughout this process to ensure your data is smoothly integrated into your new CIRCUITREE camp registration platform.
Yes! CIRCUITREE’s payment processor can handle complex requests, including scholarships, group registrations, discount codes, and payment plans.
Yes! CIRCUITREE supports all camp stores, both digital and physical. Parents can set up funds for their children through CIRCUITREE, allowing them to make purchases at your physical camp store throughout the summer.
CIRCUITREE has a 2% processing fee for credit card and eCheck payments. Your monthly invoice will always provide a breakdown of your processing fees for that time period, including the following details:
- Day and Sales Batch ID: Includes the date and the Merchant Batch ID
- Amount: Amount processed less any refunds
- Credit card fees: Amount processed multiplied by the fee percentage
- For example, $10,000 processed x 2% fee percentage = $200
- Transaction fees: Fee charged per transaction
- For example, 52 transactions at $0.25 per transaction = $13
